1. Hine Building Marker
Inscription. Mrs. Alice S. Hine, an agent for the Phoenix Title and Trust Company, hired a contractor by the name of Home Builders Company to build the two-story masonry structure in 1913. In 1919, Mrs. Hine added a substantial addition to the building along 58th Avenue.
