1. Arcade Building Marker
Inscription.
A fine example of the Arcade Style popular in Riverside from 1928-30, this Spanish Renaissance building was designed by architects Walker and Eisen of Los Angeles for the Security Title Insurance and Guaranty Co. The structure was restored in 1976 by Clinton Marr and Associates architects and Tilden-Coil Constructors Inc.
