1. Weber House Marker
Inscription.
Peter J. Weber was chief designer for the local architectural firm of G. Stanley Wilson. His work survives in the international rotunda and other portions of the Mission Inn, and in many significant Riverside and regional buildings. Weber's home is an unusual blend of various styles, including Moorish, Craftsman, and Art Deco. This house is unique for its dependence upon recycled materials and its 1935 solar water heater.

4. Weber House secondary Marker
Built by Peter J. Weber, chief designer for G. Stanley Wilson Architectural firm, the house features handcrafted details and recycled materials. The exterior brick came from grant school and the bathroom mosaic was constructed using broken tile. Mr. Weber installed a solar water heater in 1935 using collector panels made of automobile windshields. The house's double walls are insulated with cardboard and the basement kept the house cool in the summer.
