Glasser Hall
Historic name: Behlow House
Built: 1904
Architect: Charles E. Driscoll
Builders: E. W. Dobbins/Wopschall Brothers

Glasser Hall is dedicated to the memory of John Emil Glasser (1886-1975.) Best known for his skills as a lawyer and realtor, his passion, however, was dairy farming. Shortly before his death, he deeded one of his two dairy farms to Fuller Theological Seminary, where his son, Arthur Glasser, served as dean of the School of World Mission from 1971 to 1980. Glasser's eldest daughter, Carolyn Glasser Tripp, also endowed Fuller with a generous gift. The Glasser money was used to develop Fuller's facilities and further the vision of Charles E. Fuller, who worked tirelessly to establish a first-rate graduate program in evangelism and world mission.

Traces of the early craftsman style can be found in the Behlow House's wood shingles, exposed beveled beams, and slightly curved gable roof. The house, however, is much changed in appearance. Enhancements in the Colonial style began in 1925, and more alterations occurred in 1937 when Marybelle Howarter converted the residence
