2. Naval School Marker
tablet was originally an interior one, installed in Recitation Hall as part of the original academy campus. Recitation Hall stood where Tamanend Square now sits. The tablet was installed on Mahan Hall in 1907 and is the oldest original piece of the academy remaining on the yard.
