The Works is pleased to be able to exhibit a piece of machinery that was manufactured on our premises over a century ago. This sawmill is a great reminder of Newark's rich industrial heritage and an example of our community's commitment to preserving the past for future generations.
We want to thank the many individuals and groups that helped make this exhibit possible. It required countless hours of planning, hard work, and coordination to find, acquire, transport, restore, and exhibit such a large artifact.
