Regarding SPC Jason D. Hasenauer. He was killed Dec. 28, 2005 when his Humvee was hit by a roadside bomb and rolled over during patrol operations near Kandahar, Afghanistan. A 2003 graduate of Hilton High School, he was a volunteer with the Hilton Fire Department before joining the Army.
