1. The Mighty Oak Tree Marker

Inscription. In front of you once stood the Mighty Oak Tree, a witness tree which lived here at the same time as Ransom Hunter. For many years, the tree served as the site for annual Hunter family reunions. Unfortunately, the tree was in poor condition and was blown down during a windstorm in 2024. Its memory continues to live on in this oak planted in the same location in 2025.
