About the Artist Dr. Nick A Calcagno was the recipient of numerous awards and many professional achievements. His artwork is exhibited at the Kansas City Art Institute, Oklahoma Hall of Fame, Legacy Sports Gallery in Arlington, Texas, and the Fenster Museum in Tulsa, Oklahoma among others. Fine examples of his immense talent are an 8' sculptor of 1969 Heisman Trophy winner Steve Owens displayed on the Oklahoma University campus, and the Norseman sculptor displayed on the NEO A&M campus in Miami, Oklahoma.

Dr. Calcagno literally touched thousands of lives throughout his 39 years in education, 28 in the humanities and art department at NEO A&M College. A community can never fill the void with the loss of a master educator. Nick Calcagno was a master educator.
