1. Ziebold Building Marker
On the main floor of the west side, the Ziebold Building housed Lohrberg Beer Depot, which was the agent for Hein Brewing Company, William Lohrberg was the owner. He was assisted by John J. Ratz, who operated a grocery store next door. other occupants of the building included Henry Kaffai Barber Shop. Hattershire & Ratz Millinery. Burgdort's Meat Market, which was in business for almost 100 years. The business was operated by Henry Burgdort and his sons, Alfred, Hank, Carl, Paulus and Ted from 1860 to 1958.
Carousel of Fashions, owned by Rita Williams, had a shop here. At one time, the west part of the building was divided . The left was occupied by Hogan's Jewelry, owned by dan and Rose Gregson from 1985 ton 1992. The right of the building housed Paul Stumpf's Shoe Store: Norma's Beauty Shop. owned by Norma Buch: Kimzey Chemical, owned by Curtis Kimzey: Montgomery Ward Catalog Store: Portraits by Cindy, owned by Cindy Fralkenain: and Ackerman Insurance Agency - Lowry Realty owned by Tim Lowry.
The upper floor had numerous office, including the Law office of Judge Alfred Riess. Other offices included G. Arthur

The building was purchased and remolded by Ken and Joan Voges in 1993 and now offices of the Material Works Ltd. Before renovation, the upper floor had several apartments.
