1. Triple Play Marker
Inscription. Triple Play opened with Six Flags Great America on May 29, 1976, debuting as one of the park's original flat rides in the Hometown Square section. Manufactured by HUSS as a classic Troika, the ride features three rotating arms that lift, tilt, and spin guests in a fast-paced cycle, showcasing the dynamic, kinetic style of thrill rides popular during the 1970s.

As one of the park's long-running opening-day attractions, Triple Play has remained a staple of the Hometown Square experience for decades. Its signature three-arm motion and elevated spinning pattern continue to offer a lively. disorienting thrill, making it a favorite among guests who enjoy classic carnival style rides with a punch of extra energy.
