Inscription.
The TOC is the nerve center of every military post or base in a warzone. From here, Army leaders at all levels plan and execute military operations. While the most modern electric and communication systems are manned twenty-four hour per day, tried-and-true military fundamentals such as using area maps and wargaming future missions are just as commonplace. During an active mission outside the wire, the headquarters team in the TOC maintains constant communication with the maneuver element as well as regional leadership and other support assets.
