1. Hôtel de la Mutualité Marker
Fondé en 1912 par Léon Olry-Roederer, ce groupe mutualiste témoigne de l’investissement des maisons de champagne dans la vie rémoise.
Le projet de 1924 par les architectes Albert Cuvillier et Ferdinand Amann réunit les bureaux des mutuelles, la bourse du petit commerce et l’école de musique.
Modifié après l’Exposition internationale de 1925, le bâtiment intègre des éléments « Art déco » : volumes géométrisés, ferronneries et verrières caractéristiques, bas-reliefs d’Édouard Sediey et fresques intérieures d’Edmond Chauvet.

The 1924 project by architects Albert Cuvillier and Ferdinand Amann combined the offices of the mutual funds, the small business exchange and the music school.
Modified after the 1925 International Exhibition, the building incorporates Art Deco elements: characteristic geometric parts, ironwork and glass roofs, bas-reliefs by Édouard Sediey, and interior frescoes by Edmond Chauvet.

Das Projekt der Architekten Albert Cuvillier und Ferdinand Amann aus dem Jahr 1924 vereint die Büros der Gegenseitigkeitsgesellschaften, des Kleingewerbes und der Musikschule.
Das Gebäude wurde nach der Weltausstellung von 1925 umgebaut und enthält „Art-déco“-Elemente: geometrische Volumen, Schmiedearbeiten und Glasmalereien sowie Édouard Sedieys Flachreliefs und Edmond Chauvets Innenfresken.
