Inscription.
Built circa 1906 by Ed Jackson on acreage developed by the Blackland Townsite Co. W.B. Fletcher, a farmer, purchased the house plus 15 acres of farmland in 1918. Edna Willits acquired the house in 1970 and commenced painstaking restoration of this “Classic Revival” beauty.
 
Erected 2007 by current residents Don Rhoderic & Beverly McIver and Heritage Association of Frisco, Inc.
