Bob DeGroat came to Tower Hill School after serving his country as a B-24 pilot and POW in World War II. During his remarkable 37 year career as teacher, coach and athletic director, Bob inspired students and faculty alike with his incredible self-discipline, his poise, and his quiet physical presence. He was a role model for all. His indomitable spirit and commitment to this community will never be forgotten.
