2. Siloam Springs Armory Receives New Howitzer OLD ARTIFACT WILL GO TO LINCOLN. This is a story (oddly enough one that I wrote) for the Washington County Enterprise-Leader about the Siloam Springs Arkansas National Guard Recruiting Office receiving a new Howitzer and the old one going to the town of Lincoln when it was refurbished.

A piece of Siloam Springs' history was replaced in December when the state of Arkansas swapped out the National Guard Armory's artifact for a refurbished model.

The departing artifact will be sent to Camp Joseph T. Robinson to be refurbished and then will be sent to the National Guard Armory in Lincoln.
