In loving memory of Luther H. Foster High School. Erected in 1950 and named after Dr. Luther Hilton Foster, former president of Virginia State College, Petersburg, Virginia. This school was an outgrowth of Nottoway Training School, Blackstone, Virginia.
A monument to faith, hope, and love designed and donated by the former students.
