Xulhaz Mannan was de oprichter van het enige lhbtq+-tijdschrift in Bangladesh, waar homoseksualiteit verboden is. Mannan heeft zich tot zijn gewelddadige dood actief uitgesproken voor een, inclusieve acceptatie van liefde in zijn vele vormen.

Xulhaz Mannan was the founder of the only LGBTQ+ magazine in Bangladesh, where homosexuality is illegal... Until his violent death Mannan passionately ad vocated for an inclusive acceptance of love in its many manifestations.
