1. Feuerbacher Haus / Feuerbach House Marker

Standardisierter Haustyp der Feuerbacher Baufirma Gebrüder Fahrion; Eineinhalbstöckiges giebelständiges Haus in Ziegelbauweise. In der Zeit gestiegenen Wohnungsbedarfs um 1900 ermöglichte der günstige Preis von 5000 RM einem größeren Bevölkerungskreis den Erwerb eines eigenen Hauses. Es gibt noch etwa 100 Gebäude dieses Typs im Zentrum Feuerbachs.

(English Translation)
This was a standardized house design produced by the Feuerbach construction company Gebrüder Fahrion. It was a one-and-a-half-story, gable-fronted brick house. Around 1900, when the demand for housing was increasing, its affordable price of 5,000 Reichsmarks allowed more people to purchase their own homes. About 100 buildings of this type still remain in central Feuerbach.
