Celebrating the life of William Billy, Sr.
William Billy, Sr., was a loyal and dedicated school crossing guard for our community and children for over 18 years. During this time he crossed to safety thousands of our children at the intersection of 307 E. Kennedy Boulevard and College Avenue. His work ethics, loyalty, and commitment to his job, community and our children was exemplary beyond words.
