Ludwig Fahrion (1860-1921), Sohn des Firmengründers Ludwig Albert Fahrion, erbaute 1910 diese mit dem Freimaurer-Symbol gekennzeichnete Villa. Im Jahre 1927 erhielt das markante Bauwerk neue Eigentümer. Zusammen mit seinem Bruder Adolf (1865-1937) führte Ludwig von 1901 an das in seiner Branche glänzend positionierte Baugeschäft Gebr. Fahrion oHG. Mit der Idee des standardisierten „Feuerbacher Hauses“ ermöglichte das Unternehmen vielen Bürgern den Erwerb eines kostengünstigen Eigenheims. Die weit über die Grenzen Feuerbachs hinaus bekannte Firma verwirklichte eine Reihe bedeutender Projekte wie Großbauten oder Hallenbäder. Zeuge der Unternehmensleistung ist das Feuerbacher Burgenlandzentrum.

Ludwig Fahrion (1860–1921), son of company founder Ludwig Albert Fahrion, built this villa in 1910 and marked it with a Masonic symbol. The distinctive building received new owners in 1927. Beginning in 1901, Ludwig and his brother Adolf (1865–1937) operated the successful Gebr. Fahrion Construction Company.
