In den 1860-er Jahren war in Haus-Nr. 13 ein Café eingerichtet, welches wegen seiner guten Aussicht „Bellevue“ genannt wurde. Das inzwischen durch ein Wohnhaus ersetzte Gebäude wurde aber bereits 1356 als Domizil eines Frühmessdieners urkundlich erwähnt. Im Jahre 1536 kam es in den Besitz Universität Tübingen. Von 1550 bis 1838 wohnten hier die Feuerbacher Förster. 1872 wurde das Haus von der Gemeinde Feuerbach erworben. In dem 1927 von Stadtbaurat Holstein errichteten Bellevue-Anbau Forsthausstraße 15 befinden sich derzeit eine Außenstelle der Bachschule und eine Kindertagesstätte.

(English Translation)
During the 1860s, a café operated in building no. 13. It was called “Bellevue” because of its fine view. The earlier building, which has since been replaced by a residence, was first documented in 1356 as the home of a cleric who served the early Mass. It became the property of the University of Tübingen in 1536. Feuerbach’s foresters lived here from 1550 to 1838. The municipality of Feuerbach purchased the house in 1872. The Bellevue extension at Forsthausstraße 15 was built by municipal architect Holstein in 1927. It now contains a branch of the Bach School and a daycare center.
