1. Venninger Hof / Venningen Manor Marker

Eucharius von Venningen hatte in die Familie der Grafen von Frauenberg eingeheiratet und einen von drei Teilhöfen aus deren Besitz erhalten. Mit der Übereinkunft von 1481 übernahm das Haus Württemberg diesen großen Herrenhof und ließ ihn von Hofmeiern in Erbpacht verwalten. Im Jahre 1742 hieß dieser Hof noch Viesenhäuser Hof, benannt nach dem Hofmeier des Jahres 1494 Xander Viesenhäuser. Zwischen 1742 und 1841 wurde der Hof Besitz der Familie Zimmermann. Im Jahre 1841 heiratete der Kornwestheimer Carl Friedrich Sigle die Witwe Katharine Zimmermann und übernahm den Hof, der sich seit dieser Zeit im Besitz der Familie Sigle befindet.

(English Translation)
Eucharius von Venningen married into the family of the Counts of Frauenberg and received one of the three sections of their estate. Under an agreement made in 1481, the House of Württemberg acquired this large manor and appointed estate managers to administer it under a hereditary lease. In 1742, the property was still known as the Viesenhäuser Hof, named after Xander Viesenhäuser, who was its estate manager in 1494. The property passed into the possession of the Zimmermann family between 1742 and 1841. In 1841, Carl Friedrich Sigle of Kornwestheim married the widow Katharine Zimmermann and took over the farm. It has remained in the possession of the Sigle family ever since.
