1. Ehemalige Freibank / Former Freibank Meat Shop Marker

Mit dem Baujahr 1810 gehört dieses Haus zu den ältesten Feuerbachs, welches im 19. und 20. Jh. unterschiedlich genutzt wurde. So betrieb hier von 1929 bis 1968 Franz Hahn einen Friseursalon. Nach dem Umbau eröffnete Metzger Rindfleisch eine Freibank-Metzgerei, welche seit 1903 in der n-w Ecke der Kelter untergebracht war. Im Jahre 1999 wurde die Freibank geschlossen. In den Jahren 2002–2013 hatte sich hier eine Schneiderei eingerichtet. Bis 2013 war die Stadt Stuttgart Eigentümer dieses Gebäudes, welches sich nun in privatem Besitz befindet. Die Sanierung 2013/2014 machte dieses Gebäude wieder ansehnlich.

Zwischen 1970 und 1999 befand sich in diesem Haus die Freibank-Metzgerei.

(English Translation)
Built in 1810, this is one of Feuerbach’s oldest houses. It was used for various purposes during the 19th and 20th centuries. Franz Hahn operated a hairdressing salon here from 1929 to 1968. Following renovations, a butcher named Rindfleisch opened a Freibank meat shop, which had previously been located in the northwestern corner of the wine press building since 1903. The Freibank closed in 1999. A tailoring business occupied the building from 2002 to 2013. The City of Stuttgart owned the building until 2013, after which it passed into private ownership. Its renovation in 2013–2014 restored the building to an attractive condition.

Between 1970 and 1999, this building housed the Freibank meat shop.
