Plant City Railroad Platform and Tower
Dedication December 2013
This structure keeps alive Plant City's railroad heritage and was made possible by community leaders and the below contractors and vendors who gave of themselves to create this building.

A Special Commendation To
Benito "Benny" Lubrano, Jr.
Lubrano Designs, Inc.

In 2008, Benny drew the plans and, along with Michael Dixon, designed a rendering for the project. Approved by the Plant City Commission in 2008, the project sat idle until December 2012 when a grant was awarded by CSX Railroad which started the project. Benny never gave up and worked on every aspect through the years from Platform Committee to getting contractor RasDaniel, Inc. to pull the permits from the City and was Job Foreman during construction. Today we give you a Plant City community thank you.

In appreciation of the following Contractors and Vendors:
RasDaniel, Inc.
A.T. Wadi and Jonathan Davis
Dixon Drafting and Design - Mike Dixon
EGI, Inc. - William H. Roberts, P.E.
Wetherington Tractor Service, Inc.
Kimball Wetherington
