Inscription.
J.C. “Connie” Schlater and Leo Sullivan had a three-unit building built by the Albee brothers in 1952-1953. The north office was Schlater's insurance and real estate business. The center unit was occupied for many years by LP Propane Gas Company. Leo Sullivan used the south office for his Sullivan Watch Repair and Jewelry Store. In 1963 Mr. Sullivan moved to a different location.

Schlater and Sullivan sold the building in 1978 to William Pollard. In later years Larry Koeppen used the north office for used car sales and then Herschell Allen did the same. In 2001, Mr. Pollard sold the building to Donald and Peggy Bentley.

The south unit has since been used as a beauty shop, first Nadinos and now Wendy McGreer's Mane Root. The north unit was used by Banner Health for years before Michelle “Missy” and Joe Quinn began using both north units for their Embroidery Emporium.

From the beginning in 1906, when A. Sudman Company owned the lots, until 1952 when Schlater and Sullivan built the building, there were many owners: Charles and Joseph Eggers, Orva F. Saunders, Otto Bott, Charles Miller, Floyd Ferrell, J.T. Sager (telephone
