Location. 27° 56.952′ N, 82° 27.313′ W. Marker is in Tampa, Florida, in Hillsborough County. Memorial is on Madison Street east of North Morgan Street, on the right when traveling east. The memorial is located in the Joe Chillura Courthouse Square Park in downtown Tampa. It is east of the domed gazebo, at the bottom of the steps. Touch for map.
