Regarding Saloon. Constructed between 1888 and 1892, this small flat iron-shaped structure survived the fire of 1892. Throughout its history, the building has functioned as a neighborhood saloon. The structure's scale and its position in the area recalls the days when large warehouses and tiny white frame houses with front yard lilac trees dotted the Third Ward. It is now owned by MIAD and serves as their Student Center.
