Inscription. To insure protection during its lifetime, owner Bill Bradford on April 11, 1975, legally willed to itself this tree and all land within a radius of 10 feet from its trunk and donated its use to the city of Bentonville as a mini-park in celebration of the heritage '76 phase of the bicentennial.
