In honor of 291 Airmen of Crew 8 Doolittle Raiders, 11th and 20th Air Forces and Fleet Air Wing 4 held captive in the USSR during Apr 42 - Aug 45, and in memory of the four Airmen who died in the USSR, casualties of long range missions against the Japanese Kurile Islands.
