Regarding 9/11 Memorial. The City of Sacramento sent disaster teams to NYC following September 11th. Larry Davis was a Fair Manager who died in 2006 and his wife coordinated the completion of the memorials and they were dedicated in 2007. The Pentagon memorial is also engraved, arranged alphabetically. The Pennsylvania memorial has names around the edge and is a water feature.
