1. Peery House Marker
Inscription. This house was built by Dr. Russell Peery in 1890. He owned a drug store in Tehachapi and was noted for having developed the "gold cure" for arthritis. It later became the residence of Albert Ancker, a long time banker who was a President of the Bank of Tehachapi.
 
Erected by Tehachapi Heritage League. (Marker Number 7.)
