My uncle's name is incorrectly listed as Paul D. Konish. His name is Paul P.(Peter) Konish. He was

a sergeant in Co B the 179th Army Corp of Engineer, Combat Batalion, 3rd platoon. He was killed in action on Dec. 6, 1944,while supporting an infantry assault crossing of the Saar River near Dillingen Germany. He received the Silver Star. From the citation (Posthumously) "His high courage, gallant determination and supreme tenacity to duty inspired all with whom he served and were largely responsible for the rapid movement of troops and supplies across the river." I wasn't aware of this marker and have only just now stumbled across it. If there is any way possible to correct this error I would be very greatful. Thank you, Paul P. Konish III
