1. Foulks-Martin-Watts Mill and Bridge Marker
Inscription. George Foulks frontiersman built saw and gristmaills. Jesse Martin owned for some years. Reuben Watt and sons James and Thomas also ran it. The iron bridge placed on National Register June 22, 1988.

Marker is on Watts Mill Road, 2.4 miles north of Blackhawk Road (Pennsylvania Route 251), on the right when traveling east. Marker is located just east of the Watt's Mill Bridge, the bridge is closed at this time (not sure if it is seasonal). Located at one of the entrances to the North Country Trail. Touch for map.
