Location. 40° 47.496′ N, 80° 29.553′ W. Marker is near Darlington, Pennsylvania, in Beaver County. It is on Watts Mill Road 2.4 miles north of Blackhawk Road (Pennsylvania Route 251), on the right when traveling east. Marker is located just east of the Watt's Mill Bridge, the bridge is closed at this time (not sure if it is seasonal). Located at one of the entrances to the North Country Trail. Touch for map.
