1. Camp Roberts Veterans Memorial Marker
Inscription. In memory of those enlisted men who received their basic training at the Infantry Replacement Training Centre, Camp Roberts, California as members of “B” and “C” Companies of the 80th Infantry Training Battalion from August 30 to November 27, 1943, and who went on to fight in the Battle of the Bulge and other historic engagements during World War II as combat infantrymen of the 11th Armored Division of General Patton’s Third United States Army.
