1867 aufstockung des 5. obergeschosses mit flachdach.
Die erker von Trumhaus und wassermühle wurden 1925 von kunstmaler Karl Hügin (1887-1963) bei der farbigen gestaltung der ganzen augustinergasse neu gefasst.
