1. Cleland and Hoyt Building Marker

Inscription. The construction history of this building is unknown, although its architectural elements and fabrication materials indicate an 1850s origin. It served as a freight office for Wells Fargo and Company at one time, and was owned by the Franco-American Hotel. Later, the building provided space for offices and other business endeavors.
