Inscription. On or near this site between 1854 and 1856 the members of the Ancient and Honorable Order of E Clampus Vitus had a meeting hall. During the day it was used as a court room and clerks office.

Erected 1982 by E Clampus Vitus, Humbug Chapter 73.
