Inscription. A classic beaux arts office building in renaissance revival style designed by eminent Los Angeles architects known for many landmarks. Originally called Security Trust and Savings Bank, many prestigious firms located here.
 
Erected 1989 by City of Long Beach Cultural Heritage Commission.
