1. Casa Aitken Marker
Inscription. A fine example of a Spanish Colonial Revival courtyard apartment with all the charm and decorative enhancements of this Romantic style. The tiled fountain harks back to southern Spain. The first owner, H.J. Hamer, produced a high-quality residence during the Depression years.
 
Erected 1996 by City of Long Beach Cultural Heritage Commission.
