Regarding Hoffmann & Sons Co. Grocers. Architects Ferry and Clas designed the Hoffmann & Sons Company grocery building in 1906. The building was later used for coffee roasting and sugar pulverizing. Renovated and renamed the Marshall Building in 1948, the site's tenants include Jing's Chinese Restaurant; galleries such as Grava Gallery and Elaine Erickson Gallery, design firms, ad agencies, attorney offices and numerous other business services.
