1. Dean-Griffin House Marker

Inscription. Historic Building William Dean built this Queen Anne style house in 1885. Dean was Vice-President of Phoenix Manufacturing. The house was later purchased by Michael Griffin who served as a City Attorney and was elected to the State Senate. Upon Griffin's death in 1899, Griffin's wife Emma, continued to live here until her death in 1923.
