7. Site of Oscar Romero's assassination
Oscar Romero was shot and killed while officiating a mass at this chapel on the grounds of the Divine Providence Hospital in San Salvador on March 24, 1980. The chapel is on Avenida Rocνo off of Boulevard Constituciσn.
