4. Middleburg United Methodist Church
marker is located in front of the "new" Middleburg United Methodist Church. The congregation raised much of the funding for construction of this building by baking and selling apple turn-overs.

5. old Middleburg United Methodist Church
the old, abandoned church building. The bell hung in this tower for many years. Middleburg no longer has a Post Office, so the mailing address is East Liberty.
