Inscription. The Carnegie Old Public Library building, established in 1909, is hereby declared a Protected National Heritage Site with effect from the 4th day of February 2009 under the provisions of the St. Vincent and the Grenadines National Trust (Amendment) Act No. 37 of 2007.
