Inscription. Completed in 1992, Bailo Hall houses the admissions offices and interview rooms for prospective students. The two-story stone and brick building was built through the generosity of Rose Marie Bailo in memory of her husband, Joh Bailo, and her son, Dr. Joseph J. Bailo. Dr. Bailo, of Windsor Locks, Conn., graduated from Niagara University in 1942 and received his medical degree from Marquette University in 1946. He died in 1949 at the age of 27. Although relatively new, the facade is designed to complement the orignal university buildings at the front of the campus.
