Member of NFL Champion Chicago Cardinals of 1947, featuring the "Dream Backfield" of Harder, Trippi, Christman and Goldberg. Became an outstanding NFL game official. Born, May 6, 1922, Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Elected 1976
