Inscription.  In 1994, Harford County Department of Parks & Recreation helped to found the MA & PA Heritage Trail, Inc. to revitalize the former Maryland & Pennsylvania Railroad into a pedestrian greenway that will ultimately stretch from Fallston to Forest Hill.
