This monument is dedicated
to the brave men of the
Confederacy, who gave
their lives and livelihood
for the noble cause. Mere
words on a stone are
little tribute to the
measure they gave. But
we do this so that future
generations will not
forget the sacrifices they
made. We also salute the
wives and families of these
men for the hardships they
Endured to survive the
War Between the States.

Erected 2013 by the Thomas Jefferson Denney Camp 1442 SCV.
