1. Norwood Inn Marker
Inscription. Built by John Norwood in 1820, this was a stage stop on the line from Washington, D.C., to Marietta, Ga. The Old Federal Road was 200 yards south. After operation by three generations of Norwoods, it was dismantled in 1937.
